Abstract
To accomplish government aims in reducing CO2 emissions by encouraging investment in energy savings measures, changes will be made to Parts F and L of the Building Regulations. Following consultation, the preferred option is a flat 25% reduction in domestic buildings and aggregate 25% reduction in non-domestic buildings.
