Abstract
Explains the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value (Scotland) Order 2010 (SSI 2010/49), which prescribes £30,000 as the annual value of hereditament for the purpose of sections 100-122 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.
