Abstract
Provides an additional planning policy to PPS 7 for the extension and/or alteration of a dwellinghouse or flat, including those in multiple occupancy.
Document History
Will be cancelled by Strategic planning policy statement for Northern Ireland (SPPS) - planning for sustainable development (DOENI, 2015) when all eleven councils have adopted a new Plan Strategy for the whole of their council area. Supersedes draft version (DENIPS, 2007). To be read with Planning policy statement (PPS) 7: Quality residential environments (DOENI, 2001) and Addendum to planning policy statement 7: safeguarding the character of established residential areas (DOENI, 2010).
