Abstract
Relates to the Town and country planning (general permitted development) (amendment) (no.2) (England) order. SI 2010/2134, which gives permitted development rights for buildings used as dwellinghouses, to use as small scale houses in multiple occupation shared by three to six people without the need for a specific planning application; and makes a minor amendment to correct a reference in the procedure for making a direction to remove permitted development rights. Also relates to the Town and country planning (compensation) (no.3) (England) regulations 2010. SI 2010/2135, which prescribe certain matters for the purposes of section 108 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
