Abstract

Relates to the Environmental permitting (England and Wales) (amendment) (no.2) regulations 2010. SI 2010/2172, which amend the existing environmental permitting and compliance system in England and Wales by amending existing permitting regimes covering vegetable matter drying, manufacture of powder coating and vacuum furnaces.
