Abstract
Seeks comments on the proposals to consolidate the legal provisions currently contained in regulations and tree preservation orders (TPOs) in England into one set of new regulations. Also proposes to introduce revisions to streamline the TPO system and make it a fairer system which is easier for tree owners to use.
