Abstract

Assesses the decision to produce a suite of National Policy Statements for energy to form part of the new planning system set out in the Planning Act 2008.

Document History

Consultation closed on 24 January 2011. Supersedes Impact assessment of energy national policy statements (DECC, 2009), part of the previous consultation ending 22 February 2010.
