Abstract

Relates to the Flood Risk Management (Flood Protection Schemes, Potentially Vulnerable Areas and Local Plan Districts) (Scotland) Regulations 2010. SSI 2010/426, which establishes the procedures for assessing the environmental impact of flood protection schemes; prescribes the documents that must form part of a flood protection scheme; makes further provision about the procedures to be followed for the approval of flood protection schemes; and makes provision for consultation upon, and Ministerial approval of, documents identifying potentially vulnerable areas and local flood risk management districts.
