Abstract
Comprises a draft executive note to accompany the draft Waste management licensing (Scotland) regulations 2011, this aims to consolidate waste management licensing regulations (WMLR), to amend provisions that will make it more flexible and efficient and to transpose the Waste framework directive (2008/98/EC) into Scots Law and to amend legislation relating to waste carriers.
