Abstract
Relates to the Town and country planning (environmental impact assessment) (Scotland) regulations 2011. SSI 2011/139, which consolidate, update and replace Part II of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/1) as amended, the regulations which transpose the EIA Directive into the Scottish planning system.
