Abstract
Relates to the Planning (general development) (amendment) order (Northern Ireland) 2011. SR 2011/75, which revises existing householder development rights and introduces permitted development rights for the installation of domestic microgeneration equipment including solar panels, biomass fuel storage, ground and water source heat pumps.
