Abstract
The CPR makes mandatory throughout Europe the harmonised conditions for the CE marking and marketing of construction products.
Document History
Articles 3 to 28, 36 to 38, 56 to 63, 65 and 66 of the CPR, as well as Annexes I, II, III and V, shall not apply until 1st July 2013. At this time, the CPR will repeal and replace the Construction Products Directive (89/106/EEC). Source: Office for Official Publications of the European Communities. European Parliament voted in favour of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) on 18 January 2011. Normally EU Regulations enter into force 20 days after publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
