A review of capital investment by the Department for Education and makes recommendations for future delivery models to ensure value for money. Part 1 examines the issues of the current processes: Building schools for the future and devolved and targeted programmes. Part 2 explores options for change and offers recommendations for capital allocation, design and build and effective procurement and maintenance.
