Abstract

Revokes the earlier 2002 regulations and amendment regulations in 2008 and establishes the enforcement framework for breaches of Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer, to control production, import, export, placing on the market, recovery, recycling, reclamation and destruction of substances that deplete the ozone layer.
