Abstract
Introduces the proposed changes relating to the regulation of radioactive substances in SI 2010/675 Environmental permitting (England and Wales) regulations 2010. Also transposes provisions in the IPPC and Water framework directives that have been inserted by the Carbon capture and storage directive.
