Abstract
Provides additional guidance for the determination process for screening projects for environmental impact assessments.

Wales only IANs are issued by the Welsh Government. They contain specific guidance, to be used only in connection with works on the motorway and trunk road network in Wales. IANs must be read in conjunction with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) and Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCHW). Supplements DMRB 11.2.3. HD 47/08. Applicable to Wales only.
