Abstract
Sets out the government's approach to unlocking renewable energy potential. Builds on actions already under way: financial support mechanisms for renewables, the Green Investment Bank to help companies secure investment in green infrastructure, and encouraging the development of new offshore wind manufacturing facilities at port sites.
