Abstract
Applies to sound system loudspeakers, treated entirely as passive elements. Loudspeakers with built-in amplifiers are excluded. Presents characteristics to be specified and the relevant methods of measurement for loudspeakers using sinusoidal or specified noise or impulsive signals.
