Abstract
Comprises a letter to local authorities notifying the changes to 2011 Technical Handbooks applying from 3 October 2011. Domestic 2011: Section 2 - alternative water supply clarified, Section 3 - reference to high definition radon maps added. Non-domestic 2011 - Section 4 - extension of range of buildings where protective barriers should be constructed to protect children added.
