Abstract
Relates to the Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011, SSI 2011/371, which make changes to the Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 1998 following changes to the primary legislation, namely Part 2 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 by Part 8 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.
