Abstract
Explores the impacts of regulatory regimes on development, construction and refurbishment, establishing particular site characteristics which require further regulation (e.g. flood risk, air quality) and presents this as a visual map showing typical construction project types. Also elaborates on issues arising where the regimes cross over with Building Regulations. Includes 5 scenarios.
