Abstract

Explains the amendments to SI 2007/991 introduced by SI 2012/809, including: allowing information in EPCs, DECs and ACIRs to become publicly available, collection and availability of the underlying data for EPCs, DECs or ACIRs through a central register, to allow an exemption for providing an EPC for buildings that may be demolished, clarification of when an address may be omitted from an EPC and the content and format of EPCs used for domestic buildings.
