Abstract

Presents the recommendations of the Task Group, set up to advise on a definition of minimum energy efficiency for zero carbon dwellings. Looks at the processes undertaken, technical and financial modelling of different energy efficiency standards, metrics selection and different approaches and the preferred fabric energy efficiency standard for zero carbon homes.
