Abstract

Summarises the recommendations of the Task Group, set up to advise on a definition of minimum energy efficiency for zero carbon dwellings. Sets the context of the task, details the recommendations, establishes the metrics and performance levels, looks at the practical aspects for buildability, design performance, health and wellbeing, costs and implementation and the contribution to emission reduction.
