Abstract
The output from the evaluation of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) during 2010. Investigates two main areas which are: to what extent have the 2007 regulations met HSE’s objectives for these regulations, as distinct from the earlier 1994 regulations and what are the cost implications for the construction industry of CDM 2007.
