Abstract
Relates to SI 2012/1889, which amend the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/988) to substitute regulations 13 and 14(2), to ensure correct transposition of provisions of Directive 2008/98/EC (the revised Waste Framework Directive) relating to the separate collection of waste.
