Abstract
Gives the performance standards and design provisions for compliance with the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 relating to materials and workmanship.

This 2012 edition will continue to apply to work for which full plans are deposited or building notice given before 1 July 2013. Came into effect 31 October 2012. Department of Finance and Personnel for Northern Ireland is now known as Department of Finance.
