Abstract

Contains proposals for changes to the Building Regulations in Wales: changes to Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power); changes to the Approved Documents for Wales; and a new template for the Approved Documents for Wales. The response form is available at Annex B of section one. The consultation is split into three documents: section one covers the consultation proposals, section two covers proposed changes to the Approved Documents and section three covers the regulatory impact assessment.
