Abstract
Sets out planning authority and Planning Inspectorate performance in determining planning applications in less than 26 weeks. This comprises the Planning Guarantee, announced as part of Government proposals to streamline the planning application process and related consents. In principle, no application should spend more than 26 weeks with either the planning authority or the Inspectorate if the Guarantee is to be met.
