Abstract

Relates to SI 2012/2625, which prescribes a period of time for which a property must be wholly unoccupied before a residential property tribunal may authorise a local housing authority to make an interim empty dwelling management order. Also amends SI 2006/367 dealing with the list of requirements which the local housing authority must comply with before a residential property tribunal may authorise a local housing authority to make an interim empty dwelling management order.
