Abstract
Describes the range of services which are delivered from the new multi-purpose building for Hounslow PCT, and types of spaces needed to deliver these services. The building sits in a prominent position on a main road in Hounslow and accommodates a range of community care services, including 4 GP practices, improved out-patient facilities and social care outreach.
