Abstract

Contains the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) for the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (as amended by the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (Amendment) Regulations 2004). Includes appendices which provide supporting guidance on the control of carcinogenic and mutagenic substances; additional provisions relating to work with biological agents; and on the control of substances that cause occupational asthma. The ACOP applies to all substances to which the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH) apply.
