Abstract
Provides practical guidance with respect to the requirements of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 and with respect to section 2 of the 1974 Act, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992 (as amended by the Management of Health and Safety at Work (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and the Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations 1997) and the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998.
