Abstract

Addresses the safe management and operation of mobile plant and transport. (transportation vehicles are defined as 'those used to carry persons or materials'). Encompasses management, workplace, vehicles, driving and working practices, both generally and in relation to specific vehicles, in terms of safety. Also contains references to relevant law, codes of practice and guidance.
