Abstract

Follows on from a 2012 consultation on Section 63 of the Climate change (Scotland) act 2009 (CCSA), seeking to improve the energy performance of buildings and reduce carbon emissions. This consultation seeks to align processes to connect the Energy performance of Buildings (Scotland) regulations with Section 63 CCSA and therefore reduce the number of assessments, with changes to be introduced gradually.
