Abstract
Details the changes to be made for FIDIC dispute resolution Clause 20 and sub-clause 20.7 to be made to the red book (FIDIC Conditions of contract 1999), the yellow book (FIDIC Conditions of contract for plant and design-build 1999) and the silver book (EPC/Turnkey project 1999), setting out the FIDIC intention for the enforcement of the DAB decisions which are binding and not yet final.
