Abstract
Presents the summary and analysis of the December 2012 consultation exercise seeking views for proposed changes to the Technical Handbook Section 3: Environment and Section 4: Safety covering guidance for carbon monoxide detection, water efficiency measures, de-regulating the requirement for waste storage to houses and guidance for the installation of a changing places toilet (CPT).
