Abstract
Defines the performance of cationic bituminous emulsion classes for the construction and maintenance of roads and other paved areas; including emulsions of pure bitumen, fluxed bitumen or cut back bitumen; and of polymer modified bitumen, fluxed bitumen or cut-back bitumen.
