Abstract

Relates to SI 2013/2435, amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (SI 1995/418) to provide that 'relevant demolition' (demolition of certain unlisted buildings in conservation areas in England) is not 'permitted development' for the purpose of Class B of Part 31 of Schedule 2 to SI 1995/418.
