Abstract
Provides information on planning and other appeals and the award of costs, as a result of changes introduced from 1 October 2013. Also gives information on the introduction of the Commercial Appeals Service which provides an expedited procedure for some minor commercial appeals such as those relating to advertisement consent or shop fronts.
