Abstract

Includes revisions to the listed Approved Documents to take account of the European Energy performance of buildings directive (Directive 2010/31/EU) with amended guidance for energy performance certificates, high efficiency alternative systems and major renovation of existing buildings.

Document History

The amendments apply to building work carried out in Wales. They do not apply to excepted energy buildings in Wales or to educational buildings and buildings of statutory undertakers or Crown buildings in Wales.
