Abstract
Looks at the processes associated with converting the BRE Victorian Terrace into a number of energy-efficient spaces. Focuses on the lessons learned to date following the staged refurbishment of the building. It also presents the initial results of the ongoing monitoring programme, measuring the changes in the performance of the building against predicted figures.
