Abstract
Sets out proposals for amending the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993. The proposed amendment is necessary to implement Article 30 of Council Directive 2012/18/EU (the Seveso III Directive) in respect of land use-planning in Northern Ireland.
