Abstract
Defines the methods of tests and performance requirements in order to satisfy the fire resistance requirements for compartmentation given in the LPC Design Guide for the Fire Protection of Buildings. Covers loadbearing compartment walls, non-loadbearing compartment walls and partitions, external walls, curtain walls, cavity barriers, roofs where fire resistance is required, loadbearing compartment floors and insulated panels used for enclosing production and storage areas in food factories.
