Abstract
Presents the headline themes, responses and analysis from the Scottish Government 2013 consultation on the commencement of parts of the Reservoirs (Scotland) act 2011. The analysis covers the definition of terms for controlled reservoirs, capacity calculation, regulation of silt and ash lagoons, natural level and surrounding land, exemptions, beaver dams, engineer panels and functions, fees, appointment period and co-ordination and timing.
