Abstract

Provides operational guidance relating to electrical safety requirements for high voltage systems in healthcare premises.

Document History

Superseded - status note amended May 2021. Replaces HTM 2021 - Electrical safety code for high voltage system (Escode HV) and Health Guidance Note - High voltage (safety) training. Amended December 2006. This document shares a number of model forms with HTM 06-02: Electrical guidance for low voltage systems. When completing the forms Trusts should consider ways to clearly distinguish between low voltage and high voltage forms particularly when the two systems are present on one site.
