Abstract
Specifies a set of procedures and conditions to determine the heat flow in water based surface heating and cooling systems for uniform assessment and calculation purposes. It is applicable to water based surface heating and cooling systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings and methods apply to systems within walls, floors or ceilings that don't contain open air gaps.
