Abstract
Sets out the Habitats Regulation Appraisal (HRA) of National Planning Framework 3 (NPF3). Looks at whether the components of NPF3 will result in 'likely significant effects' on European Sites, those sites designated under the European Habitats or Birds Directives as Special Areas for Conservation (SACs), Special Protection Areas (SPAs) or as Ramsar sites.
