Abstract

Addresses the safe management and operation of mobile plant and transport (defined as ‘those used to carry persons or materials). Mobile items of plant normally operated from a static location are further detailed in Section D3. Cranes, lift trucks and telescopic material handlers are dealt with in Section E12; and concrete pumps in Section E19.
