Abstract

Comprises the response form for the consultation which seeks views on the proposal to amend, by order, the following provisions which provide powers enabling relevant organisations to override easements and other rights over land in their ownership: Paragraph 6 of Schedule 28 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980; Section 19 of the New Towns Act 1981; Paragraph 5 of Schedule 10 of the Housing Act 1988; and Section 237 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
